These shoes...
...are not meant for walking? I am not sure what they are meant for, this ad only confuses the poor customer.

Seriously, such tricks are done either when the ad agency has people with no creativity or when it is an attempt to DISTRACT potential customer from shoes because they are not that good... I will not analyze which case is this one. But I add it to "not to be repeated" tricks basket.

Perfume: oh so innocent
I am not sure why and how but perfume gets probably most ads with sexual content.
Together with beer. The interesting thing here is that it is mostly women shown in both, except that beer (at least the very big part of perfume ads) targeted to both genders, yet mostly for women.
The relation perfume=sexy has been there for so long that everyone has forgotten there are other ways of advertising.

Condom ads: we can cross limits too
I am not sure what some marketers think of their works. Do they think at all?
These are the questions I get when I see something so controversial that it's not funny anymore, it's purely disgusting.
Like this one:
I simply don't understand why... unless this company has extremely specific target... hm... I better don't go further

Microsoft goes sexy
Personally, I find all kinds of pop-up windows annoying. Especially when they ask such questions as "do you want to close?" "do you really want to close?" "are you sure you really want to close?" "what about saving before???"
Apparently, Microsoft either thinks it's sex or want to gather even more fun from their annoyed/shocked customers:

Singing boobs
Yesterday I got a link to this song. I watched the video, listened to the song which cannot even be called "a song". Anyway, I bet she will earn quite some money. Why? Because nobody cears she doesn't sing, lyrics are as stupid as 1/100 of donkey IQ...
and you know what? if you create a song abut boobs, then it could at least be about excellent ones.

Playboy - best player?
Everyone expects sexy advertisements from Playboy. Most of that "everyone" group probably thinks it's damn easy. Cut out a page from one issue - here you have it.
But I have to say, Playboy doesn't take the easiest. They play. And play damn good game. It's called "hide and seek".

The fun about this game is that it takes time to realize the hidden message. Therefore, it takes more time to look at the ad. Therefore, you will remember it better. Not just "nude girls, next", but that it is "playboy", nothing else.

Small secret things
After all kinds of funny things you can find on the internet, especially in sexual advertsing area, it is nice to see some precious nicely done one.
I think it has all you need:
1. purpose - lingerie and sexiness are related. Unlike many other things...
2. covered areas - secret is what makes imagination work. and this is not plain "take me", " here are my boobs", but more "I don't know you are watching".
3. unification - name "intimates", picture, anything your mind will go to... it all goes really nicely together
Good job, I'd say. perfection in simplicity.

Sexy funeral
I am not joking. It is true. From now on EVEN funeral is considered sexy. Or at least considered as a category for sexy advertising. Do you know Pirelli calendars? Of course you do. Tyres and girls - all you need. Could be, some don't even know the company actually sells tyres.
As for funeral and how this all relates: take a look at this calendar I found...

One thing I can say, if you do something, do it professionally.
Second thing, whatever it is, if you are first, there are chances it will work.
That is all.

Relax, take it easy...
It has been some time since the last update.
No, I haven't forgotten fox in a box, I haven't been so unlucky not to find any good examples of sexy advertising (it's everywhere anyway).
No, I have been relaxing.
It's all they are encouraging us to do...

But why???
I understand you, Durex, you are one of not many allowed to have sexual content in ads. Yu are allowed to shock. Allowed to show nude bodies.
But this...

But why...?

Jeans for animals
Recently, my friends created a joke about opening a company which sells animal jeans. It was probably the amount of wine that made the joke so funny, but it is still amusing even now, when I am compeltely sober (imagening bunnies and fishies wearing jeans...)
However, I found some ads for jeans (you know the brand, I bet - LEE) which kind of proposes, that wearing them you get a bit animal-like.
Or at least overly sex-obsessed.
I have yet to search if this campaign was forbidden. I wouldn't get surprised if so...
I call that: low investment of creativity, easiest way, you name it.
Open, shocking, nothing that is really interesting or will be remembered.
